Unlike other medicinal treatments, glucosamine is gentle enough to be taken every day for comprehensive management of the pain associated with osteoarthritis. Adults should take 1500mg of glucosamine hydrochloride for at least 6 months to get the full benefit of the product.
You should be feeling the results of the glucosamine within 6 to 8 weeks, but continued use is recommended to maintain maximum pain relief.
